  1. I attended a Valentines Day function that was catered by "Spirit of a Chef." Her desert presentation was nothing less than "Fascinating!" It featured Chocolate covered Strawberries, "that were dressed in Chocolate Tuxedo's for the Holiday," and a Pineapple/Cherry combo that was a delectable delight! Wow! Very impressive!

  2. I had the pleasure of attending a dinner that was created by the Spirit of a Chef. It was a five course meal that provided a high end level of food presentation. The savory taste of the shrimp was seasoned to perfection, and a wonderful experince to partake! The Prime Rib and Lamb were cooked to perfection. The succulent flavors of the Prime Rib and Lamb were enhanced by the love that was infused into the preperation of such fine meats. The Mushroom Soup that was prepared by the Spirit of the Chef was the star of the night! As soon as the first drop of the soup touched my mouth, I was transformed into the richness of the earth. The creamy and earthly flavors of the Mushroom Soup engaged me like no other soup had in the past. You must taste the Mushroom Soup. To say it was outstanding is an under statement! I will be recommending the Spirit of a Chef to my friends for private events.

  3. I was a last minute fill-in at a WONDERFUL 5-course dinner served in the beautiful home of "Spirit of a Chef". I had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the presentation and taste of each course! Not only was the food magnificent, the education provided about each course was enlightening!! The evening was an AWESOME experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend "Spirit of a Chef" to friends and corporate connections.
